Accessibility Statement
Hagog International is committed to providing an equitable, accessible experience for all of our customers, including people with disabilities, and we work continually to improve the accessibility of this website.
This website aims to conform with Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, the Israeli Standard IS 5568, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013. Known gaps that are not yet fixed are listed below.
Accessibility features include keyboard navigation, a clearly visible focus indicator, semantic structure and labels for screen readers, complete right-to-left support for Hebrew and Arabic, and an accessibility menu that lets you enable high-contrast mode and reduce motion.
Some parts of the site, including third-party content, may not yet be fully accessible. We are continually remediating and improving the site to ensure an accessible experience for everyone.
If you encounter any difficulty or an accessibility barrier on this site, please contact our accessibility coordinator and we will address it promptly: Mazen Hagog, email: office@hagog.co.il, phone: 04-6383380.
Known accessibility limitations
- In some places — for example when removing a product from the cart fails — the error message appears in the corner of the screen rather than in the dialog where the action was taken.
- A page-not-found (404) page is first delivered without a language setting; the language is applied once it has fully loaded.
- On narrow phone screens, some items of the staff work screens' navigation bar (and, on the narrowest phones, of the customer portal's) lie off-screen and are reached by scrolling the bar sideways; a fade at its edge shows there are more.
